Warranty period

12 months from the date of shipment from the unit or 1,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.

Out of warranty

The warranty period of the whole machine or component paid for by the user is 12 months or 1,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.

Provide free technical consulting services, paid on-site services, paid spare parts support or maintenance services.

The warranty period for replacement of new parts or replacement of the whole machine due to product failure shall be the same as that of the original product.
